STEFAN GERBER Chief Executive
Stefan joined DeMorgenzon as Chief Executive after Wendy and Hylton sold him their vision for the farm. Under Stefan's guidance DeMorgenzon and DMZ are rapidly developing into not only one of the most exciting and innovative brands, but also a fast growing wine business. Stefan believes that the keys to a good wine business are exceptional grapes, creative winemaking and a vigorous sales strategy.
Stefan qualified as a winemaker at the University of Stellenbosch. After his local training he consulted internationally in India and the Czech Republic. After a successful stint in his own business he decided to leave the corporate world and return to what he likes best and where his true passion lies - making wine.
Talking of true passion brings us to Stefan's gorgeous wife. Whilst Margarite adds glamour to the DeMorgenzon family, Stefan's orchialgic dog Artos is a tad pathetic.
