She has an extensive background in Hospitality, Wine & Tourism yet her dream was always to work on a wine farm and be involved in the daily grind of producing fine South African wines. Passion  emanates as she waxes lyrical about  wine and paints a picture with words to ensure you fully understand the dedication and craftsmanship that is in every bottle.
