JAN VAN DER MERWE
Jan graduated from Elsenburg College of Agriculture in Stellenbosch as a viticulturist. After an injury put paid to a professional Rugby career, he put his considerable energy into his profession.

He joined DeMorgenzon after working on a neighbouring farm. Under Jan's watchful eye and steady hand we are producing exceptional grapes. Jan is sensibly and enthusiastically implementing our approach to sustainable agriculture, and is overseeing the process as our organic farming is audited and certified.
